Registration and Login

The Centralized portal of public services is an online platform designed to automate the process of obtaining public services, including the issuance of licenses for various types of activities, the provision of certificates, the processing of powers of attorney, as well as other public services.


The Portal provides citizens and organizations with the opportunity to submit applications for required documents electronically, track their processing status in real time, and receive completed licenses, certificates, and powers of attorney in digital format.

To fully utilize the portal, it is necessary to complete the mandatory stages of registration and identification.

General Portal Access Scheme

To gain access to government services, you must complete 3 stages:

  1. Register in the IMZO application.
  2. Pass identification in person at a Government Service Center (GSC).
  3. Start using the portal and receiving government services.

⚠️ Important: Without personal identification at the GSC, most government services will remain unavailable.

Installing the application IMZO

1) Open the app store on your device:

2) In the search bar, enter the IMZO app name.

3) Click "Install" and wait for the download to complete.

4) Open the app after installation.

Registration in IMZO application

After reviewing the IMZO application features click “Next”. To register your personal account, click the “Create profile” button. If your profile was created earlier, click “Sign In.”


To create your profile:

1) Enter your personal phone number (the phone number will be the username for logging into your personal account)

2) To confirm your phone number, an SMS with a confirmation code will be sent to the specified number, which you will need to enter in the next step.

3) To complete registration, in the next step, enter the series and number of your passport.

4) After completing all the registration steps, you will be granted access to your personal account.


⚠️ Access to services is only possible after confirmed identification at the GSC.

After registration, you must personally undergo identification once at the Government Service Center (GSC).

Government Service Center (GSC), located in the building of the Agency of Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Bekhzod 47a street, Dushanbe city.

How the identification process works (Full instructions are available at the link: "Passing Identification")

  1. Obtaining a queue number.
  2. Passport verification by a GSC employee.
  3. Passport scanning.
  4. Biometrics (facial scanning).
  5. Completion (account identified).

⏱ Average procedure time: 5 - 10 minutes

After Identification

  1. Log out of the IMZO app.
  2. Log back into the app.
  3. Go to the "Profile" section.
  4. Select "Biometrics".
  5. Complete the biometric verification (selfie).

✅ Upon successful verification, a window with a green checkmark will be displayed.

This means that the identification has been completed correctly.

Login to the Personal Account of the Centralized portal of public services

1) Go to the main page of the Centralized portal of public services.

2) On the main page, click on the "Log in or create an account" button.

3) Login Methods:

Login via QR code (Recommended)

  • Go to the Centralized portal of public services website.
  • Click "Login or Create an Account".
  • Open the IMZO app.
  • Go to the "Profile" tab.
  • Click "Scan QR".
  • Scan the QR code displayed on the portal screen.
  • Confirm the login (via biometrics).

Login by phone number (⚠️ for individuals only)

  • Enter the phone number provided during IMZO registration.
  • Click "Get code".
  • Enter the SMS confirmation code.
  • Click "Login".

Login for Legal Entities

Identification of a legal entity is carried out through a physical person (the head of the organization or an authorized representative). Logging into the portal on behalf of a legal entity is only possible via QR code. Login confirmation is performed using facial biometrics.

Login Procedure for Legal Entities

1) Open the government services portal website.

2) Click "Login or Create an Account".

3) In the IMZO app:

  • Go to the "Profile" section.
  • Select the "Legal Entity" (Юр. лицо) mode.
  • Click "Scan QR".

4) Scan the QR code displayed on the portal screen.

5) Confirm the login using biometrics.

Important Notes
  1. Personal identification is performed once.
  2. Repeated identification is required only:
  • in case of changes to personal data;
  • at the request of the authorized body.
  1. Access to services is limited without confirmed identification and biometrics.
