Passing Identification (for legal entities)
The instruction describes the procedure for mandatory identification and logging into the Unified State Services Portal for legal entities. It explains the process of identifying an organization's representative at the Government Service Center (GSC), linking the legal entity to the account, as well as the rules for logging in and receiving government services on behalf of the organization.
Identification of a legal entity is carried out through a physical person - the head of the organization or an authorized representative.
An individual (head or representative):
- registers a personal account in the IMZO app;
- uses their personal phone number and passport details.
The representative of a legal entity undergoes identification at the GSC following a procedure similar to that of a physical person.
After successful identification:
- the option to link an organization appears in the user's personal account;
- the system displays the legal entities registered to this user (if any);
- the user selects the organization and confirms the linkage.
After linking the organization:
- the user gains the ability to submit applications on behalf of the legal entity;
- the full list of government services intended for organizations becomes available;
- the individual can still log into the Unified Portal as a physical person;
- to receive services as a legal entity, login is performed by scanning a QR code.
❗ Logging into the government services portal on behalf of a legal entity is only possible by scanning a QR code and confirming the login using facial biometrics.
🔒 Login by phone number is used only for physical persons.
- Open the Unified State Services Portal website.
- On the main page, select "Login or Create an Account".
- Open the IMZO app.
- Go to the "Profile" tab.
- Select the "Legal Entity" mode.
- Click the "Scan QR" option.
- Scan the QR code displayed on the government services portal.
- Confirm the login using facial biometrics (selfie).
After successful confirmation, you will enter the portal on behalf of the legal entity and can access government services for the organization.
In the IMZO app, under the "Profile" section, two modes are available:
- Personal - for physical persons;
- Legal Entity - for receiving services on behalf of an organization.
⚠️ To work with legal entity services, you must switch to the "Legal Entity" mode.
- 📱 The phone number provided during identification at the GSC must match the phone number used for registration and login in the IMZO app.
- Access to state services will be limited without confirmed biometrics.
- Identification is performed once.
- Repeated procedure is required only in case of personal data changes or at the request of the authorized body.
- Identification is carried out in the personal presence of the applicant.
- The use of passport copies is not permitted.
