Obtaining Window Tinting Permission via the State Services Portal
Obtaining permission for vehicle window tinting in Tajikistan has become significantly easier thanks to the ekhizmat.tj portal. There is no longer a need to stand in lines — you can apply for the service online.

Visit https://ekhizmat.tj You can log in using two methods:
A) Via "IMZO" Mobile App (Full Access)
- Requirement: You must be previously identified at the State Service Center (ЦГУ). If not, you won't be able to log in via IMZO.
B) Guest Mode (Quick Access)
- Click the "Profile" button.
- Select "Login as Guest".
- Enter your phone number.
- Enter the verification code received via SMS.
Important: Guest mode provides limited access to services. For full access, you must undergo personal identification at the State Service Center.
Go to the "Transport" category.
Select "Permission to operate a vehicle with tinted windows (excluding the windshield)".
Click the "Get Service" button.
Fill in the owner and vehicle details. Choose the type of permission based on your needs:
Type "A" – Tinting for front side windows, rear side windows, and the rear window.
Type "B" – Tinting for rear side windows and the rear window.
Type "C" – Tinting for the rear window only. (Note: Tinting the windshield is strictly prohibited for all types).
The system works automatically. After filling in the data:
- Payment: Click the payment button. The price varies depending on the selected type (A, B, or C).
- Instant Result: Once the payment is confirmed, the permit is issued instantly online.
- Save: You can download the electronic permit from your personal account or print it.
