From 29–30 September 2026, the International Technology Forum TAJ-TECH 2026 was held in Dushanbe on the initiative of the Agency of Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The forum provided a platform for presenting the country’s technological potential, exchanging experience, and strengthening international cooperation. Key topics included digital government services, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, and support for innovative projects. Particular attention was given to attracting investment and strengthening partnerships between the public and private sectors.

As part of the forum, on 30 September, OJSC “Certification Authorities, Government Services and Digital Solutions Development” signed memoranda of understanding with OJSC “Tajiktelecom” and IT company Ayon Solutions.

The memorandum with OJSC “Tajiktelecom” provides for the joint development of digital solutions, projects involving artificial intelligence and cloud technologies, cooperation in data protection, and capacity building for specialists. The document was signed by the Chief Executive Officers, Jamshed Sharipov and Bakhtovar Abdusattorzoda.

The cooperation with Ayon Solutions is focused on the development of electronic human resources management and digital document workflow solutions, including the development and implementation of solutions to automate HR processes, facilitate the transition to electronic documentation, and streamline the work of HR departments. The memorandum was signed by the Chief Executive Officers, Jamshed Sharipov and Abubakr Boboev.

The signed memoranda create opportunities for the joint development and implementation of digital solutions that will support government agencies and organizations in automating their business processes.
